If life feels scary and overwhelming - if every day feels like you’re treading water and you’re terrified you may drown - know you’re not alone. At Cultivating Compassion, allow us to be your safe space to come up for air. Trauma leaves us vulnerable, sensitive, and struggling to trust. Often you may feel as though if you want to belong, you can never be your true self. You may feel as though you are left behind and running on empty. Your body holds onto your experiences long after the event itself has passed. If you’re explosive, emotional, and exhausted from the tasks of daily living, there is still hope. The mission of Cultivating Compassion is to be a place where you can truly let down your mask - the one you wear in your relationships, friendships, family dynamics - the one you use to keep your true self safe and hidden. If you feel suffocated by your mask - lost, disconnected, and confused about who you are - you are welcome here in every way. If you feel alone in your journey, we’re here to help.
You are welcome here. Our mission is to provide counseling and mental health care services to adults, children, and families with a focus on compassion, accessibility, resilience, and sustainability.
